SEVENTEEN 從去年6月開始世巡演唱會《FOLLOW》，吸引大批粉絲到場朝聖，每一場都大爆滿，討論度也超高，而13日前往菲律賓布拉干的菲律賓體育館開唱，但沒想到因為天氣太熱，讓台下粉絲出現不適的症狀，被台上成員們火速發現，還貼心遞水。
近日網路上瘋傳多個 SEVENTEEN 演唱會現場的影片，菲律賓開唱當天，根據觀眾透露，現場滿滿都是人群，所以都靠得很近，但卻沒有工作人員在場指揮，滿滿人群加上當天的高溫，讓現場觀眾感到更悶熱，想喝水的粉絲可以在會場購買，但賣水的地點並不是很便利，所以很多人沒買到水，意識到這點的勝寬跟 Hoshi 也在彩排時請工作人員提供水給粉絲，但演唱會時 Hoshi 向粉絲確認，竟發現大家沒拿到水，讓他超驚訝。

而之後，Hoshi 火速發現在站區的粉絲似乎因為太擠不太舒服，馬上衝過去告訴另一位成員 Joshua，接著他們馬上呼叫工作人員，並讓粉絲們空出多一點空間，還急忙給粉絲們遞水，珉奎也直接把水搬來，The8 還請攝影師把水給一旁需要的粉絲，等到看到大家狀況都變好後，才繼續演唱會，而這個暖心行為也讓粉絲們都非常感動表示「他們真的很在乎克拉」。
